PLANET 01 // SOVEREIGN LAND REGISTRYPLANET 01 // SOVEREIGN LAND REGISTRY
The war-free industrial hub of the dual-planet war, played in your browser. Every plot is a licence to run your own refinery, compete in the prize leagues and vote in the Land House. Land is never needed to play Sanctaris, and the State Refinery (in design) opens Aetheris to Commanders without a plot. Spin the planet and inspect any of its 100,000 plots.

HOW THE GENESIS SALE WORKS
PICK YOUR PLOT
Choose a specific plot on the globe. You see its tier, affinity and buffs before you buy; nothing is random.
FORGERS, THEN WHITELIST
Genesis Forger holders choose first, then whitelisted Commanders with a verified sale wallet.
THEN PUBLIC
Anyone eligible can buy what is left in the public window.
FIXED TIER PRICES
One price per tier in USDC, published before the whitelist opens and unchanged during the sale.
WALLET LIMITS
Per-wallet caps on each tier, enforced by the contract, keep access fair.
Genesis prices: Common 49, Uncommon 99, Rare 199, Epic 449 USDC, fixed for the whole sale and confirmed when the whitelist opens. Plots are gameplay licences, not investments: they give no right to revenue and we make no promise about their value. Refining bonuses apply only to the web-side industrial game and give no advantage in Sanctaris.
02 // LAND TYPOLOGY
Plot numbers spiral clockwise out from the Core at the north pole, so every tier is a ring: Mythic around the Core, then Legendary, Epic, Rare and Uncommon, with Common reaching the south pole. A plot's number is its address.
LANDMARK PLOTS
A few plots carry a role as well as a tier. Landmarks add a job or a socket, never a bigger output bonus, so prize scoring stays about skill.
The plot at the foot of each Concord tether, the Core included. Its owner keeps the Field Station above it: they name the station, fly their banner there and can table one Land House proposal a season about its lanes. Sold by open auction, like the Core.
Plots on the rims of the six blast wounds, where the core still shows through. Each gets one extra Core Fragment socket. Fragment bonuses stay capped at +5% per plot and never count toward prizes.
03 // FIELD SUPPLY LINE
Plots refine only ore mined in the Asteroid Field, the planet's own crust blown into orbit. Sanctaris ore crosses one way, on the Orbital Lift, and only to build Field Works: it never reaches a plot.

01
Every plot runs extractor rigs out in the Asteroid Field, cutting Tin, Lithium, Titanium and Tungsten from the crust the PSN blew into orbit. Upgrade them through 49 levels.
02
Five Field Stations hang where the Concord tethers reach the field. Shuttles fly the ore down the shipping lanes to your plot: pick your shuttle and lane, and guard the cargo with escorts and convoys, because raiders can ambush and rob any haul.
03
Your plot's refinery turns ore into composites such as Hardened Tungsten and Lithium Plasma. Queue up to 8 hours of work, the same for every plot, so nobody has to stay online. Upgraded refineries, docks and warehouses handle more.
04
Composites refined, cargo delivered without being ambushed and extractor uptime build your Operational Performance Rating for the season's prize leagues.
Refineries are upgraded, then weighted by the land they stand on. Upgrades raise throughput from 100 to 250 to 500 ore per hour; the plot's tier adds its Refining Bonus (+1% to +10%), and ore that matches the plot's elemental affinity refines at ×1.25. Only the Core refines every ore at its best, so ore flows to the plots that match it. Switch the globe to the Affinity layer to see where each vein runs.
FIELD STATIONS
Every plot is served by its nearest station; switch the globe to the Lanes layer to see which one serves yours. A station's Keeper is the owner of the Tether plot below it, and the Core's owner keeps Core Station.
FIELD WORKS // IN DESIGN
Sanctaris alliances can launch surplus ore to the Field Stations on the Orbital Lift. It is used up building Field Works, shared defences and infrastructure for the war on the Concord, chosen each season by the Nexus DACI. A finished work changes the next season's field the same way for every plot.
Lifted ore never becomes plot ore or composites, and never counts towards prizes.
STATE REFINERY // IN DESIGN
Every Field Station also runs a State Refinery, open to every Commander. No land, no wallet and nothing to buy: you work the shipping lanes and refine what you earn.
01
CONTRACTS
Take hauling and escort contracts on the shipping lanes. Plot owners and Syndicates post them and pay in field ore.
02
STATE REFINERY
Refine that ore at any Field Station, at the base rate: no Refining Bonus, and a shared queue.
03
COMPOSITES
The composites are yours, kept on your Commander rather than on a plot.
04
CRAFT
Build and upgrade your own shuttles and escort craft to take on bigger contracts.
Plots refine faster, run their own extractor rigs and enter the prize leagues. The State Refinery never involves a wallet or USDC.
Lane battles resolve automatically: your route, escort and timing decide them. No dice.
04 // BRACKETED USDC PRIZE POOL
Seasonal esports-style prizes are awarded on Operational Performance Rating. It measures composites refined, logistics delivered without being ambushed, and extractor uptime. It rewards skill, never passive holding.
SOLO // BY PLOTS HELD OR RENTED
Magnate League10+ PLOTS
A large holding with no team behind it. Keeping every rig running and every haul clean across that many plots is the test.
Enterprise League4–9 PLOTS
Several plots on several lanes: you route ore between your own refineries and choose which hauls get an escort.
Independent Operator1–3 PLOTS
One small holding, run end to end: every lane, convoy and refinery queue is your call.
SYNDICATES // BY COMMANDERS ON THE ROSTER
Conglomerate League13–25 COMMANDERS
Full command: a Leader, up to three Officers and a roster big enough to keep convoys moving around the clock.
Consortium League6–12 COMMANDERS
Enough members to run convoys on several lanes at once, with escorts to spare.
Venture League3–5 COMMANDERS
A tight crew. From four members, every duty role can have a Commander of its own.
ONE POOL PER LEAGUE // Each league is a pool of its own, sized by how many Commanders play in it, so owning more land never raises anyone's expected prize. SEASON 1 CAP // ALL LEAGUES 5,000 USDC
FIND YOUR LEAGUE05 // NEXUS DACI GOVERNANCE
Aetheris owners govern the planet through the Nexus DACI. Voting power grows with land held, but at a diminishing rate. Active Commanders hold an equal second chamber, so the people who play the game share control with the people who own the land.
Votes = √(eligible plots) per wallet. Tier does not multiply votes.
Weighted by Operational Performance Rating and reputation, not capital.
LAND HOUSE VOTE CALCULATOR
Against 1,000 solo owners, this wallet would hold 9.1% of the vote if every plot were one vote. Under the Nexus model it holds 1.0%.
TIER DOES NOT MULTIPLY VOTES
A Core plot and a Common plot count the same: one eligible plot each.
SHARE OF THE VOTE
One wallet against 1,000 solo owners
PLOTS IN ONE WALLET
| PLOTS | VOTES | 1 PLOT = 1 VOTE | NEXUS DACI |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1.00 | 0.1% | 0.1% |
| 9 | 3.00 | 0.9% | 0.3% |
| 100 | 10.00 | 9.1% | 1.0% |
| 500 | 22.36 | 33% | 2.2% |
| 2,000 | 44.72 | 67% | 4.3% |
SNAPSHOT
Voting power is fixed at the block a proposal opens. Buying or borrowing plots mid-vote adds nothing.
30-DAY HOLD
A plot counts only once it has been held for 30 days, to stop last-minute vote buying.
DELEGATION
The owner votes by default and can hand a plot's vote to its Plant Manager, the player it is assigned to for the season.
DUAL MAJORITY
Major changes must pass both Houses. Routine proposals need the Land House plus quorum.
THE DACI DECIDES
OUTSIDE DACI SCOPE
06 // SYNDICATES & TENANCY
A Syndicate is a named team of 3 to 25 Commanders who share convoys, intel, defense and plots for a season, and compete together in the league for their team size.
WHAT MEMBERS SHARE
Pool cargo into one convoy with shared escorts. Delivered ore is credited to each member in proportion to what they loaded.
Quantum Scanner lane reports and ambush sightings are visible to the whole Syndicate.
Escorts from any member count toward another member's shuttle defense on the same lane.
Route ore to each other's refineries and use their docks and warehouses. The plot owner is never paid in Auron or USDC: plots never earn.
MEMBERSHIP RULES
REPUTATION
A public score built from the Syndicate's delivery and ambush log. On-time deliveries and successful escorts raise it; raiding your own Syndicate or abandoning a shared convoy lowers it. Higher reputation lowers insurance premiums and escort fees, and brings more shuttle traffic to members' plots.
SEASON & PRIZES
PLOT STANDARDS
ERC-4907
Owners assign a time-bound user to a plot for a 90-day season, often a fellow Syndicate member. Tenants run extraction and refining but can never transfer, sell or burn the land, and no rent is paid in real money. Rights revert automatically at expiry.
ERC-6551
Every plot gets its own wallet holding ore, composites, extractors and shuttles. Sell the plot and its whole inventory moves with it in one transaction, protected by asset-commitment locks against front-running.
