SYNDICATE COMMAND // PREVIEW

Syndicate Command

Aetheris is played solo or as a team. A Syndicate is a team of 3 to 25 Commanders, from any Alliance, who share convoys, escorts and intel for a season. Syndicate Command is where you run it: your league, the roster and duty roles, the shared stores and how any prize is split.

01 // FIND YOUR LEAGUE

One Commander or twenty-five

Every Commander plays a season in one league, against entrants of the same shape. Solo Commanders are bracketed by the plots they hold or rent, and Syndicates by the size of their roster, so a solo holding never meets a full team and a crew of three never meets twenty-five.

ONE POOL PER LEAGUE

Each league is a pool of its own, sized by how many Commanders play in it, so owning more land never raises anyone's expected prize. Amounts are announced before the season starts.

SEASON 1 CAP // ALL LEAGUES5,000 USDC

PLACES PAID // TOP 10%, 3 TO 50

Each place's share is in proportion to 1 ÷ its place. Example: a 1,000 USDC pool with 40 entrants.

PRIZE POOL RULES
  • ONE LEAGUE A SEASON

Each Commander plays a season in one league: solo, or with their Syndicate, never both.

  • EVERY WALLET COUNTS

Your plots are counted across every wallet linked to your Commander ID, so splitting a holding never drops it into a smaller league.

  • FIXED AT THE SNAPSHOT

Your league is set from your plots or your roster at the season snapshot and holds for the whole season.

  • SMALL LEAGUES MERGE

A league with fewer than 20 solo Commanders or 5 Syndicates at the snapshot joins the nearest league on its own ladder.

02 // RUNNING A LARGE HOLDING

Go Magnate, or found a Syndicate

Ten plots or a hundred, there are two ways to run a large holding. Neither is a head start.

Illustration: the same ten plots run two ways. On the left one Magnate's craft commands five plots alone; on the right five Syndicate members each run one plot and share a convoy

MAGNATE LEAGUE // SOLO

Run it alone

Every plot, lane and convoy is yours to run, and you are ranked only against other solo Commanders with 10 or more plots.

NO TEAM NEEDED
No roster to recruit and no split to agree.
YOUR SCALE
Every rival also runs 10 or more plots alone.
YOUR WALLET
Any prize is paid to your own verified wallet after identity checks.
FOUNDER // SYNDICATE

Staff it with a Syndicate

Found a Syndicate and put your plots to work: assign each one to a member as its Plant Manager for the season.

PLANT MANAGERS
Members run extraction and refining on your plots. You keep ownership, and no rent is paid in real money.
ONE CONVOY
Shared convoys, escorts and intel cover every member's haul.
YOUR SPLIT
Any prize is split by the percentages you set, paid to each member's own wallet.

EITHER WAY // Plots never earn, and the rating counts rates, not volume: every extra plot is one more rig to keep running and one more haul to bring home clean.

03 // WHAT MEMBERS SHARE

One convoy, four kinds of help

A Syndicate plays the shipping lanes as one: members pool cargo, cover each other's hauls and read the same intel.

ONE LANE // ONE CONVOYFIELD STATION → MEMBERS' PLOTS
  1. 01

    Convoys

Pool cargo into one convoy with shared escorts. Delivered ore is credited to each member in proportion to what they loaded.

  2. 02

    Intel

Quantum Scanner lane reports and ambush sightings are visible to the whole Syndicate.

  3. 03

    Defense

Escorts from any member count toward another member's shuttle defense on the same lane.

  4. 04

    Plots

Route ore to each other's refineries and use their docks and warehouses. The plot owner is never paid in Auron or USDC: plots never earn.

04 // DUTY ROLES

Four jobs, one roster

Each member picks a duty role. It shows on the roster and never limits what they can do: it tells the team who covers what. Genesis Forger holders pick the same four as their specialty.

Hauler

Flies the ore from the Field Stations down the shipping lanes, and picks the shuttle and the lane.

FORGER SPECIALTY

Extra convoy route options, including riskier shortcut lanes through the Asteroid Field.

Escort

Rides with the convoys and covers teammates' shuttles on the same lane against raiders.

FORGER SPECIALTY

Deploy an escort drone to defend a convoy you choose against raiders.

Refiner

Keeps the refinery queues full and turns the Syndicate's ore into composites.

FORGER SPECIALTY

Extra refining recipes that turn the same ore into other composites.

Scout

Reads the lanes before a convoy commits, and shares lane reports and ambush sightings.

FORGER SPECIALTY

Lane intel: see recent ambush activity on a route before you commit a convoy.

SHARED WITH YOUR SYNDICATE // While you're a member, your specialty works for the whole Syndicate, so teammates benefit too.

05 // SYNDICATE COMMAND

06 // FOUNDING TO PAYOUT

A season, start to finish

How a Syndicate forms, who runs it, and how a season ends.

  1. 01 // FOUND

Any Commander founds a Syndicate and gives it a name and a tag.

  2. 02 // RECRUIT

Invite Commanders from any Alliance. The Syndicate becomes active once 3 members join.

  3. 03 // ENROL

Enrol before the season snapshot to play the season.

  4. 04 // SNAPSHOT

The roster, the league and the prize split lock for the season.

  5. 05 // SEASON

90 days on the shipping lanes, rated on Operational Performance Rating.

  6. 06 // PAYOUT

After identity checks, any prize is paid in USDC to each member's own verified wallet.

CHAIN OF COMMAND

  1. LEADER1

Founds the Syndicate, sets the prize split and invites members.

  2. OFFICERSUP TO 3

Invite members and help the Leader run the Syndicate.

  3. MEMBERSUP TO 25 IN ALL

Pick a duty role, load the convoys and cover each other's hauls.

One Leader, up to 3 Officers, then Members. If the Leader is inactive for 14 days, the longest-serving Officer takes over.

REPUTATION

A public score built from the Syndicate's delivery and ambush log. On-time deliveries and successful escorts raise it; raiding your own Syndicate or abandoning a shared convoy lowers it. Higher reputation lowers insurance premiums and escort fees, and brings more shuttle traffic to members' plots.
