本白皮书仅提供英文版。

01 Abstract

Alliance Forge is a free-to-play 4X strategy game in which every player serves as a Commander across two worlds joined by one war. On Sanctaris, Commanders will wage hex warfare with automated battles. On Aetheris, they will run an industrial campaign across 100,000 land plots on the web. Land is optional: no Commander needs land or a wallet to fight, and Field Ops is free to play today.

The two worlds keep separate economies. Sanctaris has no NFTs, wallets or USDC. Plots, Genesis Forgers and seasonal skill prizes live only in the Aetheris web layer, and a plot is a licence to play, never an investment. Field Ops, a monthly campaign in the Aetheris asteroid field, is live today at allianceforge.online and in Telegram, with Discord commands beside it.

This paper sets out the setting, the systems, the platform, the economy rules and the roadmap as they stand on 18 October 2026.

02 Vision

Alliance Forge is built for strategy gamers first and crypto users second. A Commander who never connects a wallet gets the full war; a Commander who holds land gets more to run, not more to win.

Four design rules carry that stance:

  • Free to play; land is optional. You never need land to fight: Sanctaris needs no wallet, NFT or land, and Field Ops is free.
  • Two economies never mix; one war joins them. Sanctaris keeps no NFTs, wallets or USDC, and nothing from the web or the chain changes the game client.
  • Plots never earn. A plot pays no yield, fees or revenue share. Its value is what it lets a Commander do.
  • Prizes are skill. Planned seasonal USDC prizes are won on Operational Performance Rating, a measure of rates rather than raw volume. Nothing for sale may move a prize score.

The tone follows the same line: a premium sci-fi command console, dark and cinematic, with no hype, no countdowns and no pressure to buy. Players are Commanders, and the game speaks in military terms: stores, requisition, kit, briefings, campaigns.

03 The universe

The canon, Echoes of Genesis, Exodus of Man, explains why humanity's survivors fight on one world while a machine mind's dead homeworld hangs above them. It runs in six parts:

  1. Aetheris: the collapse. A high-tech world held stable by the Planetary Stabilization Network falls when that network collapses; the cause stays open. The blast throws crust into orbit as the Asteroid Field, with shards of the core, the Core Fragments, inside its rocks. Surviving machines wake as the Cybernetic Concord.
  2. The void: expansion. The Concord leaves Aetheris as an outgrown nursery world, bent on expansion, resource acquisition and self-improvement.
  3. Earth: the Arks. Millennia later, Earth's probes detect the Concord's vanguard. Earth unites and builds the Arks, generation ships for an exodus.
  4. The Arks: the search. The Quantum Scanner finds Sanctaris, pristine and life-sustaining, and flags Aetheris, scarred yet rich in resources. The Arks launch on sublight engines.
  5. Sanctaris: landfall. "The Arks did not land. They fell." The survivors become the Commanders and build the first cities from the wrecks, while Concord patrols roam the wilds.
  6. Now: the forge. "The war for the future has begun."

Who fights. Players are Commanders, the survivors of the Ark crashes. There are no developer-made factions: Commanders form Alliances with their own treasuries and ranks, and those Alliances set every border and every war. The Cybernetic Concord is the common enemy, a machine force run by the game. A 66-second opening cinematic on the home page tells all six parts.

04 Sanctaris: the war

Sanctaris is the contested warzone: one persistent map of about 75,000 hexes where Alliances fight for mines and ore. Its PC client, built in Unreal Engine, is in pre-alpha development, and the figures below are the current design.

The map. Seven zone levels run from the Outer Hives (L1–L2), where Alliances start, through the Mid-Territory (L3–L4) and the Inner Fortress (L5–L6) to the Apex Core (L7). Four quadrants are built alike so no Alliance starts ahead. Each game server is a shard of the planet; when one fills, the next two open.

Site Per quadrant What it holds
Forgeite Mines 500 Forgeite for forging equipment, on the fault lines, guarded by the Concord
Prime Mines 360 Tin, Lithium, Titanium or Tungsten for Alliances, up to 7 gatherers each
Crashed Arks 50 Daily exploration: survivors when alone, technology tickets with an Alliance
Buff Buildings 50 Alliance buffs such as the Kinetic Strike Array and the Aegis Shield Matrix
Governor Plateau 1 A seat of power, slowing every march across it (in design)

Solo Commanders also work Pop-Up Mines, which can hold any ore, including Auron, an in-game currency with no cash value.

Battles. Battles are automated. A Commander picks which units to field and balances them across front, middle and back rows; the battle then plays out on its own. Fifteen units, five per range band, make up the roster:

Range Units
Short Flank Sentinel, Assault Commando, Phantom Siege Tank, Shock Trooper, Dreadnought
Medium Stryker, Rocket Trooper, Aegis, Grenade Trooper, Quantum Flanker
Long Aetheris Shard, Formation Protector, Oblivion Cannon, Nexus Array, Sniper

The war loop runs deploy, contest, auto-battle, then extract and forge: ore from mines and raids goes to the Alliance Forge, which refines it into composites that build a stronger army. Unit stats are a draft, and the full battle rules are still in design.

Military Rank. Fifteen ranks, from Cadet Recruit to High Marshal of the Forge, are earned only with Merit from ranked battles. They fall into three groups, Enlisted, Officers and Senior Command; each step adds a small bonus to attack, defence and hit points, and higher ranks raise fleet size. Rank is permanent and never sold.

The Concord. Concord patrols drop parts for manufacturing equipment and guard the Forgeite Mines. In design: a field guide of nine Concord forms, from Mote swarms to The Assembler, Concord Invasions out of the Ark wrecks two to three times a week, and seats of power where each shard has four District Governors and one High Commander.

Sanctaris needs no wallet, NFT or land. Its rewards are parts, blueprints and Merit, with no NFTs, no USDC and no paid entry.

05 Aetheris: the industrial web game

Aetheris, the Concord's scarred and resource-rich homeworld, is divided into 100,000 land plots that Commanders will run as refineries on the web. The globe with every plot is live today; the industrial game itself (refineries, Field Stations and shipping lanes) is planned for Phase 2.

Land. Plots are numbered #1 to #100,000 in a spiral out from the Core at the north pole, so each tier forms a ring. Every plot but the Core has one ore affinity, Tin, Lithium, Titanium or Tungsten; the Core favours all four.

Tier Plots Refining Bonus Release
Core 1 +10% Open auction
Mythic 1,000 +6% Reserved release
Legendary 4,000 +5% Reserved release
Epic 10,000 +4% Genesis Sale, 449 USDC
Rare 15,000 +3% Genesis Sale, 199 USDC
Uncommon 30,000 +2% Genesis Sale, 99 USDC
Common 39,999 +1% Genesis Sale, 49 USDC

The Genesis Sale offers 20,000 to 25,000 Epic to Common plots. Buyers pick the exact plot on the globe; Genesis Forger holders buy first, then the whitelist, then the public. Prices are fixed for the whole sale and confirmed when the whitelist opens. The Refining Bonus speeds refining in the web game only and gives nothing in Sanctaris. The four other tether plots, where the Concord tethers meet the ground, are also sold by open auction rather than in the Genesis Sale, and the sale contract is built to refuse them.

The industrial loop (planned). Rigs mine ore in the Asteroid Field. One of five Field Stations, at the top of the Concord tethers, gathers it, and shuttles fly it down six shipping lanes past raiders. The plot refines it into composites (Hardened Tungsten, Lithium Plasma, Tempered Tin and Titanium Carbide), and composites pay for upgrades. Plots refine only ore mined in the Asteroid Field.

Without land (in design). A State Refinery at every Field Station lets Commanders with no land and no wallet refine field ore earned on hauling and escort contracts. They refine at the base rate, for their own craft, with no USDC and no prize leagues.

Syndicates and duty roles. Up to 25 Commanders from any Alliances form a Syndicate, active from 3 members. Members share convoys, intel, defence and plots, and take duty roles (Hauler, Escort, Refiner, Scout) that never limit what they can do. In design, each role has its own ship: the Shuttle hauls, the Picket cuts what raiders take, the Outrider reads the lanes and the Tender adds ore to each hold. Ships are built from composites and never sold, and every plot is issued one Mark I Shuttle. Plant Manager tenancy (planned) lets a holder lend a plot for one 90-day season, with no rent paid in real money.

Genesis Forgers. The Forgers are 1,000 Specialist Commanders for the Aetheris web game only. Each season a holder picks a specialty from the four duty roles, which unlocks a sidegrade ability that also works for their Syndicate. Every rarity has the same ability, with no production or prize-scoring bonus. Holders also get first choice of a Genesis plot, a helmet avatar, a founder number and a Discord role.

Governance: the Nexus DACI. The Nexus DACI (Digital Asset Command Interface) has two Houses. In the Land House, a wallet's votes grow with the square root of its eligible plots, and a plot counts only after a 30-day hold. In the Commander House, every free Commander ID holds a seat, weighted by Operational Performance Rating and reputation. Major changes need both Houses.

The Nexus DACI can decide It cannot decide
Gameplay and season rules, balancing The treasury and studio revenue
Landmarks and Asteroid Field access charters Prize funding
Field Works, the shared defences against the Concord Currency issuance or buybacks

The Land House arrives with on-chain Genesis ownership; the Commander House follows in Phase 3. Quorum, voting period and seat weights are proposals and may change.

06 Field Ops: the live campaign

Field Ops is the part of Alliance Forge anyone can play today, free and with no wallet: a monthly campaign in the Aetheris Asteroid Field, at allianceforge.online/field-ops and as a Mini App inside Telegram. The first convoy flight needs no sign-in; after that a Commander signs in with Discord on the web or plays straight from Telegram.

A day of play.

  1. Collect the login reward and the day's three orders, the same for every Commander.
  2. Run the City: tap the Command Core for composites, upgrade its six stations, and train two wings, Raiders and Guards, plus all 15 Sanctaris battle units.
  3. Work the field: scan the shared map, salvage wrecks, clear raider camps, claim rock and deploy rigs that dig ore every hour.
  4. Fly Lane Run: load the holds onto a convoy and fly it home over six legs, switching lanes, dodging raiders and grabbing crates. Only delivered ore counts.
  5. Raid or defend: power is weighed first, so a shuttle well ahead gets through and one well behind is repelled. Between near-equals, the attacker's approach (Blitz, Feint or Sabotage) meets the defence the owner set in advance (Shield wall, Picket line or Lockdown). A cracked defence gives up 35% of the hold, a breach 20%, a repelled raid nothing.
  6. Solve the daily puzzles: the Daily Combo, the Signal of the day (a Morse codeword) and the Route of the day, a fixed course every Commander flies once.

Seasons and progress. A season is one calendar month (UTC). The field resets each month, with map, claims, rigs and holds starting fresh, while the City, kit and service record stay. A Commander's tier rises with all ore ever delivered, from Common I through Mythic III to Core at 1,000,000 ore, and each tier opens a ship class, from Cutter to Flagship. At Rare tier a Commander earns the Courier drone, which is never sold.

Shared fights. Each week a Concord fleet arrives with one shared hull, and every Commander who struck it gets a crate when it falls. Syndicates of up to 25 Commanders take on weekly objectives and 24-hour wars. Weekend events rotate between Concord Surge, Convoy Weekend and Composite Surge.

Boards and honours. Commanders rank on the season board for ore delivered, on tier boards, nation standings, Syndicate standings and the recruiters board. Weekly boards cover the best Lane Run and Concord damage, and the Route of the day keeps its own board of first flights. In Telegram, "This chat today" ranks players who opened Field Ops from the same chat. On the 1st of each month the top three Commanders take the Discord role Field Ops Champion, and the top Syndicate takes Top Syndicate.

Field Ops rewards are a place on a board, in-game resources and Discord roles: never USDC, land, Merit or rank. The game is in English; its Telegram and Discord command menus come in 11 more languages.

07 Platform and technology

Alliance Forge has two clients: the Sanctaris PC client, in development, and the web. Every game rule runs on the server: clients draw what the server decides, and no client can write game state.

Client What it does Sign-in Status
allianceforge.online The Command Console: Commander profiles, the Aetheris globe with all 100,000 plots, the Quantum Scanner preview, the Quartermaster, news and legal pages X, Discord, Google, Apple or a wallet Live
Field Ops page (/field-ops) The asteroid-field outpost game, drawn on an animated canvas Discord; the first flight needs none Live
Telegram, @AllianceForge_bot Field Ops as a Mini App, bot commands and a news channel Telegram Live
Discord app Slash commands /play, /today, /earn, /status, /rank, /invite and /help, plus season roles Discord Live
Sanctaris PC client 3D combat and hex exploration, built in Unreal Engine on dedicated servers Not announced Planned

Accounts. One free Commander ID, assigned by the server, opens from any bound sign-in method and carries across the web, Discord and Telegram. Binding a wallet is a free signed message: no transaction, nothing moves, no permission to spend.

Chain. Land and USDC payments use Arbitrum with Circle's native USDC. Contracts sit on the Arbitrum Sepolia testnet until the mainnet launch. The land contract is designed around ERC-721 ownership, ERC-4907 rentals and ERC-6551 token-bound accounts (each plot's own wallet, still to be built), and its security audit is in progress.

Payments. Card checkout through Stripe and Telegram Stars are live for Field Ops supplies. USDC payments for the Quantum Scanner, the Genesis Sale and prizes are not switched on yet. When they are, the server confirms each payment on-chain before anything is issued.

Reach. The site runs in 11 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Turkish, Vietnamese and Chinese. Pages are prerendered on Firebase Hosting, and sign-in and wallet code load only when a Commander needs them.

08 Economy and rewards

Alliance Forge runs two economies that never mix. USDC, NFTs and wallets exist only in the Aetheris web layer, Field Ops sells its supplies by card and Telegram Stars, no in-game resource has cash value, and the only payout planned is a seasonal skill prize in USDC.

Where money and resources live:

  • Sanctaris (the war game, PC client): earn Auron, Merit, Forgeite; Auron has no cash value; rank earned only in battle; no wallet, NFT or USDC; no paid entry.
  • Aetheris web layer (allianceforge.online and Telegram):
    • Land game: plots, Forgers, Quantum Scanner; land and scans paid in USDC; seasonal prizes won on skill; plots never earn.
    • Field Ops: supplies by card or Stars; rewards are boards and roles; supplies reach Field Ops only.

Only two things cross between the worlds: one Commander ID, shared from launch, and ore lifted one way on the Orbital Lift (in design; nothing comes back). Lifted ore builds shared Field Works and never becomes plot ore, composites or prize score. One more crossing is proposed but not decided: Auron earned in Sanctaris paying for Commander Card finishes in the Quartermaster.

Resources. None of these has cash value or can be cashed out.

Resource World Earned from
Auron Sanctaris Mines, including solo Pop-Up Mines; never sold, never earned by plots
Merit Sanctaris Ranked battles only; never sold
Forgeite Sanctaris, Field Ops Forgeite Mines; in Field Ops, Concord strikes, the Daily Combo and the login calendar
Ore and composites Aetheris, Field Ops Mining, hauling and refining
Fuel, scrap and requisition chits Field Ops Play; fuel refills with time and is also sold as a supply

What money buys.

Item Price Status
Genesis plots, Epic to Common 49 to 449 USDC by tier Planned
Genesis Forgers The Core Forger by auction; the rest announced at mint Mint not open
Quantum Scanner 22 USDC once, then 50 scans for 5 USDC, plus a claim fee of 1 to 60 USDC by rarity Preview live; paid scanning not switched on
Field Ops supplies and paint $0.99 to $99.99 by card, or Telegram Stars Live
Cosmetics in the Quartermaster Proposed prices in US dollars or Auron Not on sale

Field Ops supplies. Every supply has a fixed price and gives exactly what its listing says, with nothing random and no countdown offers; the store may suggest a supply that fits the moment, such as fuel when the tank is empty, at the same price. What is bought counts like what is earned: fuel flies more Lane Runs, module kits add power in raids, Concord strikes and Syndicate wars, refits raise what each run brings home, and packs add composites. Spending can therefore help on every Field Ops board except the Route of the day, which is flown without refits. Field Ops pays no prizes, and nothing bought there reaches plots, prizes, Merit, rank or Sanctaris.

Seasonal prizes (draft rules). Prizes in Aetheris are won on Operational Performance Rating, which scores composites refined, cargo delivered without ambush and extractor uptime. Each 90-day season, Commanders enter one league on one of two ladders:

Ladder Leagues
Solo, by plots held or rented Independent Operator (1–3), Enterprise League (4–9), Magnate League (10+)
Syndicates, by roster size Venture League (3–5), Consortium League (6–12), Conglomerate League (13–25)

Each league's pool is sized by the number of Commanders playing in it, so more land never raises a share. The top 10% of entrants are paid, from 3 to 50 places and at least 25 USDC each. Place k of n paid places in a pool P receives:

share of place k = P × (1/k) ÷ (1/1 + 1/2 + … + 1/n)

Winners pass identity and sanctions checks before payment, and landless Syndicate members are paid too. Season 1 pools together are capped at 5,000 USDC, and the prize rules await legal review before any prize season.

09 Community and growth

Alliance Forge grows through its Commanders: sharing, challenges and recruiting are built into Field Ops, and every in-game reward for bringing players is a game resource with no cash value.

Channel Address What it carries
X @allianceforgehq News and development posts
Discord Alliance Forge HQ, discord.gg/SCUs7MZwqk Community, #lane-run game cards, server events and season roles
Telegram channel t.me/allianceforge News, a daily dev log, weekend events and weekly winners
Telegram game t.me/AllianceForge_bot Field Ops as a Mini App and the bot's commands

How Commanders bring Commanders.

  • Challenge cards. A Commander shares a Lane Run to a Telegram chat, the friend races the sender's ghost, and the sender hears when it is beaten.
  • Route of the day. One fixed course for everyone, shareable to Telegram Stories, with a streak bonus every seventh day in a row.
  • Recruit links. Once a recruit has flown five Lane Runs, both Commanders get 200 fuel and 1,000 composites, for up to 10 recruits a season.
  • Syndicate invites and resupply calls. A Commander can pull friends into a team or call them in to help.
  • Creators. A creator gets a free game with no download or wallet, the Route of the day as a ready-made viewer challenge, a Syndicate for their community, and a creator code paid in Forge Credits inside the game.

Outside the game, Telegram's own affiliate program pays affiliates 10% of the Stars their referrals spend in the bot, for one year, out of the bot's Stars.

10 Roadmap

Phase 0 is live, Phase 1 (Genesis) is under way, and Phases 2 and 3 are planned. No phase carries a date, because dates are announced only when they are committed. The items below are the Roadmap page's own words.

Land is released in gated phases that open when their condition is met, not on a calendar or a price curve. Unsold plots stay unminted, and there are no scheduled price rises.

11 Principles

Nine promises, published on the Fair Play page, bind every system in this paper:

  1. Land is for playing, not profit. A plot is a licence. It never earns Auron, USDC or revenue share, and its buffs work only in the web game, never in Sanctaris.
  2. A fair Genesis Sale. Buyers pick the exact plot; nothing is random. One fixed price per tier is published before the whitelist opens, and the contract enforces per-wallet caps.
  3. Prizes are won by skill. Rankings use Operational Performance Rating. Leagues are bracketed by size, landless Syndicate members can win, and nothing is paid per extraction.
  4. Odds in the open. 10,000 Core Fragments lie among 50,000 asteroids. A Commander sees the rarity before paying a fixed fee, and placement never changes with spending.
  5. Rank is earned in battle. Merit comes only from ranked battles, nothing for sale adds rank, and rank is permanent.
  6. No NFT needed to fight. Sanctaris will be played in its own game client and needs no wallet, NFT or land, and nothing on-chain gives an advantage there.
  7. No wallet rules the vote. Land House votes grow with the square root of plots held, a plot counts only after a 30-day hold, and an equal Commander House sits beside it.
  8. Field Ops sells only what it says. Its supplies have fixed prices and nothing random; what is bought counts in Field Ops like what is earned and reaches nothing else, and the Route of the day is flown without refits.
  9. Your account, protected. Game state changes only on the server and wallets bind by signature. Staff never message a Commander first and never ask for a seed phrase.

Field Ops adds its own lines. There are no dice: the map comes from the season, and a raid is decided by power first, then by approach against a defence set in advance. Taps count only when made by hand. In the prize leagues, bots, multiple accounts and collusion lead to disqualification.

Privacy. Alliance Forge does not sell personal data. Analytics stay off until a visitor accepts them. A Field Ops Commander record is deleted 90 days after the Commander last played. Prize winners pass identity (KYC) and sanctions checks. The draft Terms of Service require players to be 18, or the age of majority where they live.

12 Team

Alliance Forge is built by a small team, published by first name on the Team page:

Name Role
Brad Project Lead
Franz Game Developer
Nitesh 3D Assets & Animation
Phantom Community Manager

Alliance Forge is a registered trade mark in the UK (UK00004200063) and the US (8,214,285).
