01What you are buying

An Alliance Forge NFT (including an Aetheris Land plot, serial #000001 to #100000) is a licence to use a specific item in the Aetheris web-based industrial game, recorded on a blockchain. You choose the specific plot before purchase and see its tier and elemental affinity; nothing about the purchase is random.

It is a consumptive, gameplay product. It is not an investment, security, share, loan or right to any revenue, profit, dividend or treasury of Alliance Forge.

02No expectation of profit

We make no promise that any NFT will keep or increase in value, or that a secondary market will exist. Proceeds of sales are not used to promise any return to purchasers. Buy only if you want to use the item in the game.

03Gameplay attributes

Tier, production buff, elemental affinity, extractor levels and Core Fragment sockets describe effects in the Aetheris web-based industrial game only. They give no advantage, item or functionality in Sanctaris, the game client. Game balance may change over time to keep the economy healthy.

Genesis Forger specialties unlock optional abilities in the Aetheris web-based game only. Every Forger has the same ability regardless of rarity; rarity affects appearance and access order, not power.

Genesis Sale prices are fixed per tier for the whole sale. Further plots are released only when new gameplay is available, and we do not promise or plan price increases.

04Pricing, payment and refunds

Prices are shown in USDC. Blockchain network fees are paid by you. Because transactions are final on-chain, sales are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you agree that delivery begins immediately on minting and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the NFT is delivered.

05Rentals and token-bound accounts

You may assign a time-limited user (ERC-4907) to your plot. The user may play the plot but cannot transfer it. Items held in a plot's token-bound account (ERC-6551) transfer with the plot. Listings are voided if committed inventory changes before a sale completes.

06Licence to artwork

While you own the NFT you may display its artwork for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights remain with Alliance Forge.

07Governance

Holding land may let you vote in the Nexus DACI on gameplay matters. Governance does not extend to the treasury, prize funding or company revenue.
