INTELIGENCIA // FORGENOMICS PROPUESTA

Forgenomics

El diseño de un token en la capa web de Aetheris, publicado como propuesta: se gana jugando, nunca se vende, se gasta y se quema, con un tope que solo baja. Nada de esto existe todavía y nada está a la venta.

As of 18 October 2026

Esta propuesta solo está disponible en inglés.

01 What this is

Forgenomics is the design for a token in the Alliance Forge web layer, published as a proposal so Commanders can read it and argue with it before anything is built. Nothing in it exists today. There is no token, no sale, no airdrop and no date. This page is not an offer, an invitation or a promotion of any token, and nothing in it is a reason to buy a plot, a Genesis Forger or anything else: they carry no token allocation and never will. Everything below may change, and some of it may never happen. The token's name is announced only if and when it launches.

02 Nine lines

  1. Web layer only. The token would live only in the Aetheris web game on allianceforge.online, with a Commander ID and a bound wallet. Never in Sanctaris, Field Ops, Telegram or Discord.
  2. Earned, never sold. The studio would never sell it, never buy it back and never make a market in it.
  3. Holding pays nothing. Spending burns it.
  4. Issuance fixed in the contract. No admin mint and no vote could raise it, the Nexus DACI included. The cap only goes down.
  5. Minted in step. No pool exists until players have earned theirs.
  6. Nothing for buying. Plots, Genesis Forgers and Genesis Claims earn no tokens and carry no token allocation. Plots never earn.
  7. Nothing for sale moves a prize score, and nothing the token buys touches refining, lanes, extractors, escorts, Forger abilities or Sanctaris.
  8. Auron stays Sanctaris' gold, off-chain and never convertible. Standing, the Commander House weight, is never cashable.
  9. No dates. Each stage opens on a gate, and this site says only what is true.

03 Two layers

Commendations (a working name): the non-transferable service record of the Aetheris land game. No cash value, no wallet needed, never sold. Earned by actions with daily caps that are the same for every Commander, landed or not. A plot never earns a Commendation; a Commander does. Commendations are not Standing: converting them touches governance weight not at all.

The token: a fixed-cap ERC-20 on Arbitrum One, minted only when a Commander converts Commendations, straight to their own wallet. The game never holds anyone's tokens. Spent on things that burn it.

04 Supply

A cap of 1,000,000,000, and it shrinks: what a season does not earn is retired for good. Pools are minted in step: for every 1,000 tokens that come into existence, 450 go to players, 150 to the ecosystem pool, 150 into the team's vesting contract, 150 to the treasury reserve and 100 to the liquidity lock. So players hold at least 45% of everything that exists on every day of the token's life, and the team's tokens exist only because players earned theirs first.

Pool Share Terms
Play (Commendation conversion) 45% Season ceilings over 10 years, below
Ecosystem and community 15% Creators and community 7%, partners 5%, retroactive recognition of early play 3%, each a share of the cap. Only through published programmes. Partners are paid for Commanders who played a full season, never for a listing. Recognition is for play only, decided after the fact, never announced before and never for buying anything
Team and contributors 15% A 12-month cliff from the day transfers open, then 48 months linear. Nothing claimable before. A leaver's unvested tokens burn
Treasury reserve 15% Locked for 12 months from the day transfers open; then at most 1.5% of minted supply a quarter, each spend published; no market sales for 24 months
Liquidity 10% Locked: the studio's half of one position, if one is ever made. The other half would never be Genesis, Forger or Claims money
Public sale, staking, nodes, holder airdrops 0% None

05 Emission

The play pool is 450 million over 10 years, each year 80% of the last. A season releases its ceiling multiplied by the smaller of 1 and active Commanders ÷ 10,000. Until the land game has 10,000 active Commanders, a season pays about the same per active Commander on average; beyond that, more players share a fixed pool. What is not released is retired from the cap and never rolls forward.

Year Year ceiling Per season Mean per active Commander, below target
1 100.8M 25.2M 2,521
2 80.7M 20.2M 2,017
3 64.5M 16.1M 1,613
4 51.6M 12.9M 1,291
5 41.3M 10.3M 1,032
6 33.0M 8.3M 826
7 26.4M 6.6M 661
8 21.1M 5.3M 529
9 16.9M 4.2M 423
10 13.5M 3.4M 338

If the game stays small, the supply stays small. Five hundred active Commanders for ten years would mint about 50 million tokens across all pools, 5% of the cap; 2,000 about 200 million; only 10,000 from the first season would reach the cap.

Conversion.

  • At a season's close a Commander may deposit any of their Commendations into that season's conversion, which cannot be undone. The season's release divides among deposits pro rata, and a deposit counts up to five times the season's mean.
  • Tokens are minted to the Commander's bound wallet and stream over 28 days. Claiming early forfeits a share that burns: 50% at once, falling to 0% at day 28. The default is to wait.
  • Commendations not converted expire at the close of the following season.
  • An active Commander has at least 20 Commendations in the season and clean play checks. The prize leagues' excluded jurisdictions apply from the first token, and the identity and sanctions check prize winners take applies once a Commander's conversions pass 2,500 tokens.

06 Utility: earning

Starting values, set before each season like the prize pools, and never multiplied by tier, Refining Bonus, plots held or a Forger. A Commander with ten plots has the same caps as one with none.

Action Commendations Cap
A delivery landed down a shipping lane, from your own plot or the State Refinery 2 10 a day
A hauling contract completed at a Field Station, no land needed 2 10 a day
An escort contract completed 2 10 a day
Lifted ore put into Field Works 1 5 a day
The weekly Concord fleet struck 3 1 a week
A Syndicate weekly objective met 10, split equally across the roster 1 a week
A Nexus DACI vote cast, in either House 5 per proposal
A season with 30 or more active days 50 once

Composites refined and ore volume earn nothing. They make up Operational Performance Rating, the measure the USDC prizes are won on, so no plot and no tier earns tokens by producing more.

07 Utility: spending

Prices are in tokens, set each season and anchored to play rather than money: a cosmetic costs between one and four weeks of an average active Commander's conversion. The Quartermaster would take US dollars and the token side by side, and neither price derives from the other.

Spend Burns Rule
Web-layer cosmetics: paint schemes, plot colours, refinery finishes, Commander Card finishes and frames 100% Cosmetic only
A Syndicate charter: banner and tag recorded on-chain 100% Registry and cosmetics
The Outpost Marketplace fee: 2.5% in USDC to the treasury, or 2% paid in the token 100% of the token fee The marketplace trades NFTs only; composites and ore are never tradeable
A Nexus DACI proposal bond, about two weeks' conversion Burned when the proposal fails quorum, returned when it reaches it Adds no vote weight

Never: a refining rate, queue, extractor, escort, lane or Forger effect; prize entry; Plant Manager rent; a sale of composites or ore; anything in Sanctaris or Field Ops; a vote.

The loop works without a market. Earn, spend, burn: all of it can run before transfers exist, and the gate to transfers can be met without any market at all.

08 Burns

Every burn comes from use. None would come from the studio buying tokens on the market.

  1. Spend burn, 100%. The player's wallet calls the token contract, which burns the amount and records the order; the server issues the item on that record, as it confirms USDC payments today. No studio wallet ever holds a player's tokens.
  2. The shrinking cap. At each season's close the unearned part of the ceiling is retired on-chain: the cap falls for good, and the four other pools' allowances fall in the same ratio. The cap today is a public number that only goes down.
  3. The early-claim burn. 50% at once, falling to 0% at day 28.
  4. Marketplace fees paid in the token, failed proposal bonds, and the unvested tokens of a team member who leaves.

Not used: a tax on transfers, burn-on-transfer, conversion fees, buy-backs.

A public Forgenomics ledger, read straight from the chain, would show the cap today, what was retired, what was minted by pool, what was burned and what circulates.

09 Governance

The Nexus DACI is unchanged: two Houses, square-root land votes, the 30-day hold, one person, one seat. The token gives no vote. Currency issuance stays outside the DACI's scope because nobody could change it. The studio's only levers are gameplay: the action table and the spend prices, published before each season.

10 Stages and gates

Stage Opens when What exists
0, now This proposal, published; legal review; nothing built No token
1 The Industrial Economy phase is live Commendations and the action table, as a service record with no cash value
2 Legal sign-off; a contract audit; two full seasons of Commendations; the Treasury Safe live and publishing Conversion opens and tokens mint to wallets, to be spent only: transfers locked
3 A legal plan for transfers; 5,000 monthly active Commanders in the land game; two seasons of conversion data; a published 12-month emission report Transfers open by a one-way switch, and the team's and treasury's clocks start

No stage carries a date. Spend-only before transferable means the earn, spend and burn loop runs with real numbers before any market exists.

11 What it is not

  • Not an offer, an invitation or a promotion of any token, and not a reason to buy anything.
  • No sale, no staking rewards, no buy-backs, no node licences and no allocation for buying anything.
  • Not in Field Ops, which has no token and no airdrop, pays no prizes, and stays that way. Not in Sanctaris, which has no wallets.
  • Not a date, and not a promise. Any of it may change or be dropped.

12 Disclaimers

This page describes a proposal as it stands on 18 October 2026. It is not an offer to sell anything, and it is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. No token exists. The proposal may change or be dropped. Plots and Genesis Forgers are licences to play, carry no token allocation, and should never be bought in the expectation of one.
