01Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Alliance Forge ("we", "us"). By using the site, connecting a wallet or creating a Commander profile you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter this agreement.

You may not use the services if you are located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction listed in the Prize Pool Rules, or if you appear on any sanctions list.

03Your account and wallet

Connecting a wallet or signing in with a supported social account creates a Commander profile with a unique Commander ID. You may bind several sign-in methods to it; any bound method gives access to the same profile. You are responsible for keeping those methods secure.

We never hold your private keys and cannot recover a wallet or reverse a blockchain transaction. Bound social accounts restore access to your Commander profile, not to a wallet or its contents.

Account problems are handled only through a support ticket in the official Alliance Forge Discord server. Staff will never ask for your seed phrase or private key and will never contact you first by direct message.

04Digital items

Land plots, Core Fragments and other items are licences to use content within Alliance Forge. NFTs are governed by the NFT Purchase Terms. In-game currency such as Auron has no cash value and cannot be redeemed outside the game.

Alliance Forge has two parts. Sanctaris, the game client, is fully playable without any NFT, and NFTs give no advantage or functionality in it. Aetheris land, Core Fragments and prize leagues form a separate web-based layer played through the Command Console.

05Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation that gives an unfair advantage, manipulate markets or votes, harass other players, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that break these rules, including removing them from prize seasons.

06Changes and availability

The game is in active development. Features, balance and economic parameters may change, and services may be interrupted. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.

07Intellectual property

Alliance Forge, its logos and game content are owned by us (UK trade mark UK00004200063, US registration 8,214,285). Owning an NFT does not transfer any copyright or trade mark rights except as stated in the NFT Purchase Terms.

08Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets, third-party marketplaces, market prices or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
